Completed in East Village during 2007 is the Park Terrace condominium. The building is truly at the center of the action, with many of San Diego's neighborhoods just a short distance away from this building.
The Park Terrace complex consists of two buildings, one with 8 stories and another with 14 stories. There are a total of 223 condominium units with layouts ranging from one bedroom, to one bedroom with den and two bedroom units. The sizes of the units are anywhere between 441 to 1,205 square feet in size. Many of the unit interiors feature high, 9-foot ceilings and granite counter tops, while the outsides feature terraces and decks. Units also include stainless steel appliances and a stacked, washer and dryer set. As the name suggests, the building includes two terraces on the 2nd and 5th floors. The 2nd floor terrace features a BBQ set and lounge area. Additional features of the building include a gym, recreation room, secured entrance and parking garage.
Not far from the building are some of San Diego's well known neighborhoods. These neighborhoods include the Gaslamp Quarter, known for the bars and restaurants that dot the streets, as well as the eponymous light fixtures, Little Italy, known for the festivals it hosts throughout the year. Also close to the building is PETCO Park, home of the San Diego Padres, and the Embarcadero Marina Park, known for the unique shops found in the area.
Park Terrace is a great place to live because it is close to many parts of the San Diego cityscape.
