Plan A - $299 Flat Fee Open Listing

This program gives sellers San Diego MLS exposure with the flexibility and savings of selling FSBO. If a buyer is procured by a co-operating broker or agent, then you agree to pay that broker a commission at close of escrow. The commission amount is determined when you list the property. An open listing reserves your right to sell the property to a buyer that doesn’t have an agent.

Our open listing option gives your property massive Internet exposure. Your property will be listed in Realtor.com, SignonSanDiego.com and Yahoo’s real estate portal, in addition to every agent and broker website that offers a real estate search of San Diego MLS listings. 

Lockbox rentals are available. For virtual tours, we recommend PreviewFirst for their quality products and reasonable prices. 

Plan B - Traditional Exclusive Right To Sell Listing

Full service representation. As the listing broker we will list your home with a 2.5% commission offered in the MLS to the broker that represents the buyer. The listing side commission is negotiable.
