Condominiums:  There are several condominium communities in Imperial Beach.  One bedroom condos start just over $100K at complexes like Sands Pointe and South Coronado Shores.  Other communities like Imperial Beach Club and Cortez Condos offer more luxury starting in the high-$400s and climb up to about $700K.  The median sale price of condos is about $115K and stay on the market for about 75 days.

Multi-Family Structures:  These homes are, for the most part, rental properties.  Most are two- to four-unit structures and are, just like every other home, within a short walk of the shore.  It is not uncommon for a property owner to live in one of the units while renting out the others.  Multi-family homes usually go under contract within about 120 days and sell in the upper $300s and more.
