Senterra is a well-maintained, quiet community located between Rancho Santa Fe and Carmel Valley with two beautiful pools, both recently remodeled; Senterra entry gates also recently remodeled. The homes are freestanding within a (PUD) development with private yards. Front yard landscape maintenance can be provided by the HOA's landscape company, as part of HOA fees. HOA fees cover part of homeowner's insurance. Unique items that don't convey include: doorbell; hanging lights in offices; pots and planters; garden art. Electric car chargers (in garage, called Juice Boxes), we will take, but garage is wired for you to plug in your own chargers, to power electric cars. Garage cabinets do not automatically convey, but are negotiable. Upper Senterra is located on the canyon rim above a new gated community that is part of Pacific Highlands Ranch (PHR); there is protected open space immediately behind 5269 Ave Cantaria, separating it from PHR in perpetuity. The PHR homes are estimated to be completed in 2020, and will sell in the $2 million range. Unlike PHR, Senterra has no Mello Roos fees. Senterra has permanent legal trail access through PHR which affords many great opportunities to walk or bike to the PHR Highlands Center for breakfast, or to walk or bike west to the ocean via Gonzalez canyon, or east into Rancho Santa Fe.
