Park Terrace Condos
Completed in East Village during 2007 is the Park Terrace condominium. The building is truly at the center of the action, with many of San Diego's neighborhoods just a short distance away from this building.
The Park Terrace complex consists of two buildings, one with 8 stories and another with 14 stories. There are a total of 223 condominium units with layouts ranging from one bedroom, to one bedroom with den and two bedroom units.
